Frank Schaefer is collaborating with local artist, Howard Lee, on a reggae song entitled "Love Like An Ocean"  The recording features Howard Lee together with Franklyn S. and will appear on Franklyn Schaefer's new Contemporary Christian CD likely to be released in  early 2011.
